A 60-day satisfaction promise sits behind every HoneyFil package. What follows describes that policy as the seller published it at the time of writing. The version that governs your order is the one on the checkout screen and in your confirmation email.

Sixty days from purchase, not from delivery

This is the detail most people skim, so it goes first. The clock starts the day the order is placed. It does not start when the box lands on the doorstep. A parcel that spends a week in transit has already spent a week of the sixty, leaving fifty-three to decide in.

Opening a request

Message the seller's support team while the window is still open and say you would like to begin. They are based in the United States. Two things speed it up: the order number from your confirmation email, and the address the parcel was sent to.

The sequence after that

• Support locates the order and tells you whether anything needs to come back
• If a return is required, they issue the address — posting a parcel without one risks it arriving untraceable
• The credit is issued against the card or account the order was paid with
• Banks typically take a few working days to display it after the seller releases it

Shipping on the two-bottle package

Three- and six-bottle packages include US shipping, so that line is zero and there is nothing to return on it. The two-bottle package has shipping added at checkout, and whether it comes back is the seller's call under their policy. Support can confirm it against your specific order.
